1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, orders and products supplied by Knit & Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”), Unit 4, Mill Lane, Manchester, M1 2AB. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. Prices are based on the quantity, style and customisation shown in the quote. Any changes to your order may change the price.

3. Placing an Order

An order is confirmed once you have approved your digital mockup in writing and we have received any required payment. Our minimum order quantity is 25 units per design unless agreed otherwise.

4. Artwork and Mockup Approval

• You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, text or designs you send us.
• We will send a free digital mockup for your approval before production starts.
• Please check your mockup carefully, including spelling, colours and placement. Once approved, we cannot accept responsibility for errors shown on the approved mockup.
• Colours on screen may look slightly different from the finished product. Pantone matching is available for the closest possible match.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated. New customers are asked to pay in full before production begins. Approved business accounts may be offered payment terms, which will be confirmed in writing.

6. Production and Delivery

Production usually takes 10 to 14 working days after mockup approval and payment. UK delivery usually takes a further 2 to 5 working days. These times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

Due to the nature of knitting, we may supply up to 3% more or fewer units than ordered. You will only be charged for the units supplied.

7. Cancellations

As all our products are made to your own design, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you cancel before production begins, we may charge for any work already completed, such as design or sampling.

8. Faulty Items and Returns

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and tell us about any faults within 7 days of delivery, with photos where possible. If items are faulty or do not match your approved mockup, we will replace or refund them. Because products are personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual Property

You keep all rights to your logos and designs. You agree that we can use photos of finished products in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us not to in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect losses, such as loss of profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
